JLVIP Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and JLVIP ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing the JLVIP website at jlvip.best, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bets or playing any games, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all games available on JLVIP, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, JILI Slots, Jackpot Slots, Tongits, PBA betting, and NBA betting. Additional rules may apply to specific promotions or game types — in those cases, the specific rules supplement these general Terms.

JLVIP provides online gaming services to players in the Philippines and operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and entertainment services.

To participate in any real-money activity on JLVIP, you must register a valid account. When registering, you agree to the following:

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

Account Accuracy

Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Rule

Each player is permitted one (1) active JLVIP account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different personal information, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings may be forfeited at JLVIP's discretion.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username and password with anyone. JLVIP will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact JLVIP support immediately.

JLVIP accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your JLVIP balance within a few minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within standard processing windows for bank transfers.
• JLVIP does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Currency

All deposits, balances, wagers, and payouts at JLVIP are denominated in Philippine Pesos. There are no currency conversion fees on the JLVIP side.

Withdrawals of real-money winnings are available to verified JLVIP account holders. The following conditions apply:

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals above ₱5,000, JLVIP may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC). This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, or UMID card) and a selfie for comparison. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement and protects both you and JLVIP from fraud.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in your own name. We do not transfer to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Real-money deposits that have not yet been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review.
• JLVIP reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large or unusual withdrawals.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

JLVIP offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all JLVIP promotions:

Welcome Bonus

The 200% welcome bonus is available to new JLVIP members on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount and minimum qualifying deposit are stated on the Promotions page. The bonus is subject to a standard wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of their validity window.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when the balance contains both. The order of fund usage is displayed in your account balance breakdown.
• JLVIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if technical issues, abuse, or regulatory requirements make it necessary.
• Players who are found to be exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated group betting may have their bonus privileges removed and relevant winnings voided.

Cashback Promotions

Cashback offers at JLVIP return a percentage of net losses over a specified period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and is subject to its own wagering requirement as stated in the individual promotion terms.

By placing bets or playing games on JLVIP, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed through the JLVIP platform. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly allowed by the specific market rules.
• In the event of a sporting event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to that sport and market type as published in the Help Centre.
• JLVIP reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started if the bet was placed due to a system delay or technical error that made the outcome known at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to sports betting. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

Casino Games & Slots

• All casino games on JLVIP use certified Random Number Generation systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the game provider's official figures.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the round result will be determined based on the game state at the time of disconnection according to the provider's official rules.
• Malfunctions in any game software that produce an incorrect result will result in the affected round being voided and stakes refunded.

Tongits

• JLVIP Tongits follows standard Filipino Tongits rules. All tables use a 52-card deck with certified random shuffle.
• All Tongits opponents are real human players. JLVIP does not deploy computer bots as opponents in its Tongits rooms.
• Players who disconnect mid-game are handled according to the standard Tongits disconnection rules displayed in the game help section.

JLVIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. We provide the following tools directly in your account settings — no support contact required to activate them:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you after a chosen amount of time spent on the platform.

JLVIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time if there is reasonable belief of any of the following:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Creation of multiple or duplicate accounts.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other prohibited tools.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity theft.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit the platform rather than play in good faith.
• Being underage or otherwise ineligible to hold a JLVIP account.

In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, JLVIP reserves the right to confiscate all balances in the affected account, including deposited real-money funds that were used in the course of the violation. Players who believe their account was suspended in error may submit a formal dispute through the process in Section 12.

JLVIP collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JLVIP platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the JLVIP platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any JLVIP software.
• Use JLVIP's name, logo, or trademarks in any way without explicit written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JLVIP's liability to you in connection with the platform is limited as follows:

• JLVIP is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• JLVIP is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• JLVIP's total liability to you for any single claim will not exceed the amount you deposited during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• JLVIP does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your JLVIP experience — a disputed bet result, a withdrawal issue, a bonus settlement, or anything else — here is the process to follow:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Reach out to JLVIP's 24/7 live chat support first. The majority of issues are resolved quickly at this stage. Provide your account username, the game or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the support response, submit a formal written complaint by email to support@jlvip.best with the subject line "Formal Complaint." Include all relevant details and your account information.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 business days, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

All disputes are reviewed fairly and in good faith. JLVIP aims to resolve formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

JLVIP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, JLVIP will provide reasonable advance notice through on-site notifications or email to your registered address.

Continued use of the JLVIP platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should stop using the platform and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
